Think about placement of the dumpster  as they weigh 3000-5000lbs empty. 

Think about where its going to sit and for how long? Dead grass, wet ground, etc...

Sometimes dumpsters can be placed in the road, but its the responsibility of the homeowner or person renting the dumpster to obtain all necessary permits 

Driveways are normally poured 4"s and in most cases is not a problem for a dumpster but older driveways, or poorly poured driveways can contain pockets or cracks and dumpsters can damage driveways. We can not be responsible for damaged yards or driveways.

When possible we will attempt to place dumpsters where you indicate

Someone over 18 must be home to show where the dumpster is to be placed and sign the agreement.

Dumpsters are to be pre paid before we leave. 

If any prohibited items are in the dumpster you can possibly be charged an extra fee or according to what it is we reserve the right to dump the entire load on site where it sits with no refund

In most cases dumpster rentals are from 10-14 days

If you need more time let us know when ordering and we will see how we can accommodate you

Any rentals not picked up by agreed upon time due to the renter needing more time there will be a $5 per day surcharge
